District 83 Golden Bucks

Golden Bucks (also called District Dollars or District Bucks) are a district-run incentive account that clubs can use to purchase items that support their mission and help grow the club, without using club funds. Use the Check your Golden Bucks page to see what your club has earned/used so far this year. Congratulations!

How It Works

Earning Golden Bucks: Golden Bucks are funds managed by the District on your Club’s behalf. Every time your Club earns certain Incentives, the award amount is added to your Golden Bucks account, giving your Club the ability to invest in tools and resources without dipping into Club funds.

You can use Golden Bucks to purchase anything that supports your Club’s mission and helps it grow, from tech equipment to ribbons to meeting space rental fees.

Account Management: The district credits the amount earned to the club’s Golden Bucks account. The balance is valid only during the Toastmaster Year in which it was earned and must be claimed in the same year.

Redemption: Clubs can use Golden Bucks to buy eligible items, but all purchases must be reimbursed through the district’s approved expense system Concur (Link) with proper documentation (receipts).
