What You Need to Know

What is the Club Success Plan (CSP)

The Club Success Plan (CSP) is Toastmasters’ strategic planning tool that outlines how members will achieve their educational goals, strengthen membership growth, and elevate overall club quality. It also serves as the official planning document that connects your club’s goals, actions, and officer responsibilities to the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).

Why is the Club Success Plan (CSP) important?

  • Set club goals for the year
  • Identify action steps to achieve those goals
  • Track progress toward becoming a Distinguished Club
